Heeft tevens veel potentie om zich verder te ontwikkelen.Zeer rijke, rijpe neus, met kaas van honing en peperkoek. In de mond krijg je zeer complex aroma, met lange afdronk en een honingzoete finale.

De Sauvignon druiven van deze witte wijn zijn afkomstig van de beste percelen van het domein, geklasseerd onder de zeer kleine appellatie Touraine-Oisly. Deze appellatie omvat slechts 10 ha en kan worden beschouwd als Cru binnen de Touraine. De combinatie van de typische eigenschappen van de Sauvignon Blanc, gecombineerd met deze unieke terroir zorgen voor een zeer unieke wijn!
